Selma Mission Project
During the week of April 6-11, First Presbyterian embarked on a local mission project by renovating a house in Selma, Ohio. A fire had destroyed the upper story the year before. Our job was to tear off the second story and build a new one, all within a week. The temperature varied from the 20's to the 50's and we worked in snow, rain, and sunshine. It was truly a church family effort. We praise our Lord and Savior for giving us this opportunity and for helping us to see it through, despite some rather formidable obstacles.
